Remember that for the Summer we move out of Libary area.
Also as we have to be out of the room by 10:00.
We need to go for a PROMPT 6:30 start (6:15 for Rich & OJs)

According to the Society Web site:

Day and Time Slot: Wednesday : 14:00 - 22:00
Room(s) : WA0.09
Calendar week pattern : 40-41
Date ( corresponds to the first week of the booking(s) ) : 7/7/10

Aha, of course thanks. How terribly Dim of me - it was early that's all I can say!

I've located the building on Avon road, left at the next roundabout from one leading the library (I've attached the map if it works). Can anyone give directions to the room once inside the building? It would be appreciated, thanks.

Also what is the format for this week? It's been a while and I've lost track.
